Service modes

We are flexible and open to customers' suggestions - every customer can create his  own system of service, and we will guarantee proper technical staff and thorough knowledge. We offer service mode appropriate to customer individual requirements. 

Depending on needs we advise:

  • Permanent visits:
    • daily at fixed time
  • Regular, recurring visits:
    • e.g. 3 times a week at fixed time – according to customer work schedule
  • On-call visits (usually connected with regular, periodical visits).
  • Consultant visits exclusively on-call (Assigned person from customer stuff may contact our consultant to report a fault – even 24h a day. Reaction time is fixed according to customer requirements). 

Within the confines of every service system we submit periodical reports on tasks carried out by us and notes related to the system. Our service process is fully supplied with documentary evidence throughout W3Tech electronic system containing all written information related to service. If on any reason you decide to cease co-operation with eMODUS company, all copies of reports and procedures connected with tasks fulfilled by us in your organization, will be passed to you.
